Proposal Director and Principal Investigator of winning $4.15M DOE Advanced Water Power and DOE Marine Hydrokinetic Grant- $4M. Developed teaming and IP arrangements with OEMs, Small Businesses, Universities, FFRDCs, and DOD CRADAS. Developed strategic alliances via JVs. Negotiation team on a $2.1 M Florida Energy Grant.
